Leonardo Hotel Aberdeen

The quality of the breakfast and the bar and grill were excellent. I really enjoyed the room service and the speed knees of delivery. Being located in the mall gave me an endless choice of shopping and dining. The ability to access either the railway station or the bus station without leaving the premises was so convenient, especially in colder wet weather. Staff were always available and ready to fulfill my needs. When I accidentally left my bag with passports etc. they contacted my room and returned my belongings safely to me. I will definitely stay here any time I'm in Aberdeen. Excellent value for money.

From beginning to end the staff made my staff so easy. As a wheelchair user solo travelling can be difficult, the staff, and the room, made it very easy. My room was spotlessly clean and catered for my wheelchair. The bed was at the perfect height and was so comfortable. I really did appreciate the automatic button to open the door, no struggling required. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience. The young girl immediately made space at a table for my wheelchair and the young man who took a plate and filled it with what I wanted was a godsend. Then he brought me coffee and orange juice. He was so pleasant and helpful, a real asset to the company, hold on to him! I will definitely use this hotel again.

I had requested a quieter room as I am a light sleeper. I had sensible expectations as the hotel is located right in a shopping centre so it was likely to be a bit noisy anyway! The first room they put me in was right at the front, a lovely room but I knew it would be too noisy for me at night. I requested a move and was immediately moved to a quieter room at the back. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, including the bar staff who made sure my table was clean and that I was having an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Ideal location right next to the stations, clean, comfortable, polite helpful staff and overall a very good experience.

Great first time stay at Leanardos Aberdeen but will definitely be back Stayed with elderly parents in 2 adjoining rooms on 3rd floor with door between them that could be unlocked Rooms had a great view. Folks had the accessible room and their bathroom was perfect with shower seat and handrails. The hotel itself is very comfortable and perfectly situated in Union Square next to bus and train stations. Staff were kind. Oggi on the desk was friendly and we commend the lovely lady who sorted out folks' shower seats that needed oiling in 5 mins. We were sad to leave but will be back

As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcomed with the reception desk ☺️ I had already checked in online, so it was a smooth transition. I love the location of the hotel, especially for a shopping trip! The beds are very comfortable. I was impressed with the breakfast in the morning that I had paid for. Everything tasted great. Usually, scrambled eggs are so dry, but they are soft and fluffy! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
